How the site protects your account and keeps auctions and draws fair.

Your account

• All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS).
• Sign-in is by a one-time emailed link, or a password if you have one. Passwords are stored hashed, never in readable form.
• We never see or store card or bank details, because no payment passes through the site.

Your contact details

Access rules are enforced inside the database itself, not just in the pages you see. Your email and phone are readable only by you and by makers whose listings you have entered. A maker’s payment handles are readable only by people who have entered that maker’s listings.

Fair bidding and draws

• Every bid and entry goes through a single checked path: it cannot be below the minimum, placed after closing, or placed by the maker on their own listing.
• Bids and entries cannot be edited or deleted by users. Terms lock as soon as the first one arrives.
• Winners are picked by the database on a timer, at random for lottos and raffles. Makers cannot choose or change a winner, and an unpaid raffle spot cannot win.

Staying safe

• We will never ask for your password or a sign-in link by email or message.
• Pay only through the details shown on the listing page after you enter, and only makers you trust.
