What this site is

A place for knife makers to list knives by auction, lotto or paid raffle, and for customers to bid and enter. We provide the listing, the clock and the draw. We are not a party to any sale. We do not take payment, hold money, ship anything, or guarantee that a maker or a buyer will follow through.

The three formats

• Auction: the highest bid when the clock runs out wins. Bids are final and cannot be withdrawn. If anti-snipe is on, a late bid extends the clock.
• Lotto: free to enter, one entry each. One entrant is drawn at random and earns the right to buy the knife at the listed price.
• Paid raffle: entrants reserve spots and pay the maker directly. The maker marks spots as paid. Only paid spots are in the draw.

Draws are made automatically and at random by the site. Once a listing has a bid or entry, its prices, spots and times are locked.

Payment is between you and the maker

All payment happens off this site, by whatever method the maker lists. Be aware that person-to-person methods such as PayPal Friends & Family, Zelle and Cash App generally offer no buyer protection and payments are hard or impossible to reverse. Only pay makers you trust. We cannot recover money for you.

If you are a maker

• List only knives you own and can deliver, described and pictured honestly.
• Honour the result: sell to the winner at the winning bid or listed price, and mark raffle payments accurately.
• You are responsible for the law where you and your entrants live. Paid raffles and other games of chance are restricted or need a licence in many places, and knife sales and shipping are regulated too. Check before you list.

If you are a customer

• Bid or enter only if you intend to pay. Give accurate contact details so the maker can reach you.
• Make sure you are legally allowed to buy and receive the knife where you live.

Accounts and conduct

You must be 18 or older. One person, one account; no shill bidding, no entering your own listings, no fake entries. We may remove listings or close accounts that break these terms or the law.

No warranty, limited liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from deals between users, from payments made off the site, or from the site being unavailable.
